We want your special day to run smoothly & be stress free. Inquire about planning & coordinating services which can be tailored exclusively to you. With 15+ years experience in central Kentucky our on-site event planner can help you with rehearsal & day-of coordinating plus advise along the way.

Every party needs good food & something to drink! Evans Orchard does not cater this space. Therefore we invite you to choose a professional, insured caterer that suits your needs.

Any & all alcohol will be purchased through the venue and is not included in the rental rates listed above. Choose from a menu of popular choices or create a signature cocktail made just for you. We will provide you with professional bar tenders to keep the party running smoothly.
