Bar Services

At Evans Orchard we pride ourselves on excellent service and the bar service you will receive is no different. We offer several choices to fit any party. But if you don't see what you're looking for please ask!

Cash Bar

This is the most budget-friendly option. Allow your guests to purchase their own drinks from a popular selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Bar set up fee must be paid by the host to open any bar.

Ticketed Bar

A great option for fund raisers & company picnics. Host may hand out pre-paid tickets which allow guests to order what they like. Minimum $500 required in
tickets + bar set up fee will be paid by host.

Hosted Bar

This is a very popular choice for weddings. It means that one person (the host) picks up the tab for the entire party. We believe you should get what you pay for and pay for what you get therefore we will charge the host by the drink for what is consumed. Host is responsible for bar set up fee as well as all state and local taxes.

Getting Ready Drinks

Some events require many hours of set up. If you're looking for a little something to take the edge off during set up and getting ready time we've got you covered! Ask about mimosa bars and bottle service.

A Few Things to Remember...

Any and all alcohol must be purchased through the venue. As regulated by the state of Kentucky no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises.
Bar Set Up Fee is required to open any bar and will be paid by the host. This fee includes the cost of your bar tenders and clear disposable cups and is determined by your guest count.
We are are cashless bar. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
