Small Wedding Celebrations

$3000 |   For celebrations with up to 50 guests
Tues - Thurs Only
8 Hour Access to The Venue at Evans Orchard event barn & grounds
Ceremony in front of the Wooden Arbor or Cross, Inside the Barn, or on the Barn Patio.
Ceremony Chairs - Brown Wooden Garden Chairs
Reception Chairs - Gold Chiavari Chairs (patio or inside only)
Set up of Furniture included (tables, chairs and linens (if provided)

       *Cocktail-hour style high-top tables and bourbon barrel top tables optional
       *Seated Reception at 5ft Round tables
6ft Banquet tables provided for catering service, gift table, etc.
Bridal Dressing Suites (access time within the 8 hour rental period)
Full Service Bar Available upon request (additional fee)
Open Vendor policy - Licensed and insured vendors of your choice for catering, photography, DJ Services, Hair and Makeup, etc.

Rentals Available on select Friday's, Sundays' and weeknights. 

Additional $250 for Rental Dates in Peak Seasons

* If a single day rental is booked and no event is booked on the evening prior by 60 days of your booked date, we extend the option to book a 3-hour rental for $500 for rehearsals, decorating, etc.

All Events must end at 11pm.

All Event Rentals include the following:

  • Private use of facility and grounds including catering kitchen and temperature-controlled restrooms 

  • Beautifully decorated temperature controlled bridal suite and silo groom suite.

  • Access for bridal party photos in the orchard 

  • Up to 50 Brown Wooden Garden chairs for ceremony or reception

  • Up to 50 Gold Chiavari Chairs with ivory cushions (indoor and patio use only)

  • Up to 10 - 5ft round tables

  • 8 – 6ft banquet tables 

  • Access to Black Linen Tablecloths (if needed)

  • Round Sweetheart Table 

  • Furniture placement for reception and ceremony

  • Bourbon Barrels (with up to 3 wooden table tops)

  • Round Cocktail Tables

  • Rolling Bourbon Barrel Cake Table

  • Bourbon Barrel Desert Table

  • Option for Ceremony Arbor or Cross 

  • Pre-strung string lights inside barn and over patio

  • Up to 2 site visits with The Venue Event Manager

  • Engagement Photography Session (must be scheduled in advance /photographer not provided)
