New in 2024, The Venue at Evans Orchard now offers many affordable rental options for event furnishings and decorations! Our goal is to help reduce the stress of purchasing and bringing so many decorations on site that you must also pack and remove at the end of the your event. Utilizing our inventory also helps offset the costs and extra deposits associated with renting from third party vendors if you simply need some basic items.

Our inventory and offerings will continue to expand as we add more decor items and curate a wonderful collection of unique pieces and styles.

Decor Package

Many items are also available to rent individually as styles and guest counts vary. We recently purchased ALL NEW items and offer various styles of signage, table numbers, reserved signs, vases, candle holders, lanterns, urns, frames, easels, table decor and more!

The Venue at Evans Orchard is pleased to offer customized rentals and pricing that allows you to create a package that meets your specific needs, guest count, and style.

Linen Rentals

Our rental prices do not include linens for a very good reason- not all weddings are the same size, so by separating linen service from our rental package, you aren't stuck paying for an all-inclusive pricing that doesn't reflect your actual guest count.

We do allow you to bring your own linens or order from another company. However, the convenience of our in-house linen service is a major perk for many couples.


We work with a third-party vendor to provide beautiful, floor length tablecloths, napkins, and runners. You simply choose colors and textures while our team takes care of ordering, delivery, placing the tablecloths on the tables, removing them at the end of the event, and returning. Unless you have other rentals from an outside company, our service is conveniently added to your invoice and requires no additional deposits, contracts, communication and logistical planning on your part. It's a win, win!

Day of Coordination

We want your special day to run smoothly & be stress free. Inquire about planning & coordinating services which can be tailored exclusively to you. With 15+ years experience in central Kentucky our on-site event planner can help you with  rehearsal & day-of coordinating plus advise along the way. We welcome you to hire any outside event planners and day of coordinators for you day.
